Rebecca Gonzalez began in the insurance industry in 1998 after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from UW-Stevens Point. She worked with Catholic Family Life Insurance until
July 2010 where she managed agency operations for Custom Concepts Financial Group, the company's largest agency nationwide. Her role included training new advisors on insurance and planning
analysis and assisting advisors in forming solutions for individual clients. She joined the firm in 2010 and specializes full financial planning, allowing her to assess a client’s entire financial picture before making recommendations. Rebecca’s husband owns a small business, and she loves to share the knowledge and expertise she has with other small business owners as well as individuals and their families. In 2024, Rebecca became co-owner of Financial Clarity by Design, Inc.

Rebecca has served on the Board of Directors for the Mosinee Youth Girls Softball Association. She is a Past President of the St. Paul Catholic School (Mosinee, WI) Home and School
Board. Rebecca has held various positions for her local association of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). Her service to NAIFA also includes six years on the
Wisconsin State Board. She is a Past President of NAIFA-WI. She is currently serving on the Program Development Committee for the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT) and is on the finance committee for the MDRT Foundation.
